1-BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PRICING
1.1 The price to be paid by the customer is determined according to the hotel, accommodation, transportation, tour, ticket criteria selected by the customer in the reservation. The customer pays the reservation amount by cash, money order or credit card, or via virtual POS or mailorder over the Internet.
1.2 Airplane, ferry, train, bus, etc. the departure times of the vehicles are the hours valid on the date of booking. Tourism is not responsible for the tariff changes that the carrier companies will make later.
1.3 Aircraft, ferry, train, bus, etc. in the reservation. the place of departure of transportation vehicles, hours and number of trips should be checked by tourism before the trip. Changes may be made for any reason depending on the means of transportation or for non-existent reasons. tourism is obliged to inform the passengers about the tour departure details, but to learn these details from our passengers.
1.4 The consumer participating in the tour must not exceed 50cm x 70cm in all kinds of trips, and 20 kg in two suitcases when traveling by plane. he has the right to take and bring luggage. Money, valuable documents and similar valuable trappings should not be kept in luggage. Gateway Turizm, Selfa Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi shall not be held responsible for the valuable items in the lost baggage.
1.5 Items that smell, flow, have flammable or explosive qualities or cause discomfort to the environment, as well as cutting piercers, and firearms and all kinds of animals are not allowed into vehicles and accommodation facilities without the express written permission of tourism.
1.6 in case of loss or damage to baggage caused by serious defect of tourism personnel, ½ of the items found in the lost or damaged baggage shall be paid to the owner of the lost item, regardless of the material and moral value and other qualities and characteristics of the items that hit the transportation within the total cost of the trip.
1.7 tourism is responsible for all kinds of loss, damage and theft of goods delivered to it by the consumer together with their values in writing, up to the cost of the trip.
1.8 visa and passport transactions belong to the consumer. However, if all the necessary documents are submitted in full 1 month before the start of the trip, visa procedures can be followed in return for the fee. regarding the passport submitted for a visa within 1 month or later, tourism has no responsibility for the inability to obtain a visa, since visa procedures are completely under the initiative of the consulates. Since obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry to that country, the tourism Company Sti in terms of those who are not admitted to the country. nin has no responsibility. And for this reason, it does not pay any refund or compensation.
1.9 The guide fee is included in the tour price on the Tours indicated as a guide.
1.10 The consumer(s) who do not have a signature but participate in the trip subject to the contract are also deemed to have read, accepted and committed to this agreement, which they are assigned to register on their behalf. Pays payable to the consumer(s) signed in the contract in case the consumer(s) who participated in the trip on the grounds that they did not have their own signatures in the contract are obliged to pay a price or compensation to the consumer and the proceedings and proceedings related to the trip they participated in, and the right of recourse for the excess amount that tourism has paid to the consumer(s) signed in the contract is reserved. Consumers participating in this trip have learned the terms of this agreement, which will be valid between the parties even if they have not signed it, due to the catalog and Decals, and have committed to participate in the trip under the terms of this agreement.
1.11 Tourism cannot be held responsible for events such as natural events, social events, international relations, technical Deceptions, strikes and protests that may occur between the Package Tour dates specified in the reservation or at the beginning of the tour.
1.12 Users terminate their reservation by signing the voucher (ticket-contract) printed as a result of the reservation and the necessary fields on the pay slip by calling and sending the number 0 544 349 33 36. After this procedure, the approved version of the contract by tourism will be sent to them by fax or electronic mail.
1.13 If there is Deciency between the remaining copy of the contract in the consumer and the remaining copy of the tourism, the records of the remaining copy of the tourism will be taken as basis.
1.14 Istanbul Fatih Courts are authorized for the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement.
2- TERM and TERMINATION :
2.1. The accommodation forms written in this agreement are valid unless the Customer specifies in writing the request for changes related to the reservation he has paid for 15 days in advance.
2.2. If the agent deems it necessary, he may partially or completely change or cancel the hotel reservation that he has announced or registered up to 14 days before the start date, by registering to notify the consumer as well. If the Customer does not accept these changes and cancellation, he/she has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a refund of the full fee he/she paid. In this case, the customer's right to compensation does not arise. If the payment was made by credit card; the credit card commission is deducted from the refund amount to the customer and paid back to the credit card.
2.3. The customer must make the reservation by himself or 1. if he requests cancellation-cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the booking date for a reason other than that his relatives document their ailments and deaths that prevent 10-day regular work with an official report to be received from a fully fledged state hospital, he agrees and undertakes to pay the processing fee to be determined by the agency, at least 35% of the accommodation fee, and less than 15 days before the entire accommodation fee. 2.4. The customer must make the reservation by himself or 1. if the degree relatives request CHANGES up to 15 days before the start of the booking date for a reason other than that they document their ailments and deaths that prevent 10-day regular work with an official report to be received from a fully fledged state hospital, they agree and undertake to pay a 50 TL Transaction fee. 2.5. For charter or scheduled flights, the AGENT is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of Dec. 28/09/1955. Flight times and route may change prior to the flight, and all hours must be confirmed 24 hours before departure dates. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any time changes that may be made by airline companies and any delays that may occur. For Flight Ticket cancellations, the cancellation conditions of the airlines are valid.
2.6. The customer can transfer the hotel reservation he has made to any person up to 15 days before the start of the accommodation date. The customer who has received the transfer is jointly and severally responsible with the transferee for the balance and the costs incurred as a result of the transfer.
3- FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES :
3.1. The agency cannot be held responsible in cases arising from natural events, social events, international relations, technical failures, strikes and protests that may occur between, at the beginning or before the Hotel reservation dates specified in this agreement, and due to incomplete or Decontamination of the hotel's service.
4- OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1 This agreement relates exclusively to the hotel reservation, and the agent fulfills its contractual obligation by making the customer's final reservation at the specified accommodation facility and obtaining the reservation confirmation from the accommodation facility after signing this agreement by receiving the customer's final reservation request. After the final reservation is provided by the agent, the agent has no responsibility for the problems that will arise from the accommodation facility or the customer during the realization of the reservation.In the presence of such a problem, the customer agrees and undertakes that he will apply only to the accommodation facility operator for accommodation changes or deficiencies that will arise during the stay, and that he will not have any requests from the agency.
4.2. If the customer complains due to any situation during the stay, agrees not to request any compensation or refund of fees in case he uses the service partially or to the end.
4.3 If the Customer complains about the service he received at the hotel within the date of the hotel reservation and wants to leave, he must notify the hotel and the agency where he is located in writing.Paid paid by the customer, if the agent can take back the payment made by the customer for the reservation from the hotel, he will make the refund payment to the customer.
4.4. The agency has announced information about the qualifications and star rating of the accommodation facility it promises to book, as well as the services provided at the accommodation facility, based on the accommodation facility's declaration and brochures, and the agency is not responsible for the fact that the accommodation facility is not available in the host and star rating standards contained in its announcements and declarations. This liability is exclusively the responsibility of the accommodation facility, and the customer declares acceptance that he has the right to claim and compensation exclusively against the accommodation facility due to this lack of standards or service defects. If the accommodation facility does not meet the prescribed standards or is not able to provide services according to these standards on the date the accommodation starts, the agency has the right to book and accommodate the customer to stay at another accommodation facility in the same vicinity with the same standards. If the customer does not accept such a change, he/she declares acceptance of 35% of the total price of the reservation being deducted from him/her.
4.5. The scope of the coverage related to incomplete or defective performance, damage, damages and losses of consumers who purchase travel insurance services is determined by the policy of the insurance company offering this service. The agency does not bear any responsibility regarding the content, scope or application methods of these guarantees.
